Two former business owners, an old farmhouse, nature, and a desire to change their pace of life.

We were chartered surveyors and business owners near Lyon.
In 2017, we bought an old farmhouse in the hamlet of Brameix, to make it our second home.
In 2022, we left everything behind to come and live here as a family.

So we imagined, designed and, for the most part, built everything with our own hands: earthworks, networks, framework, structure, painting… We remember the climatic hazards, the major and minor adaptations, the hardships… and above all the family and friendly help we received!

From this farm came three semi-buried nests , nestled in the landscape, then La Chaumière - a large gîte, which we opened in 2026.
